System Administration
Free of charge in the package for each server included two (2) hours of free administration. You can request technical support to carry out for you:
- Transferring your data from the old site, including the databases and DNS configuration
- Installation and configuration of
- Apache HTTPd / IIS + PHP
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- BIND
- ProftpD / VsFTPd
- sendmail / postfix / qmail
- webmin
- iptables / ipfw / pf
- Consultations on setting up any software included in the OS distribution
The package does not include free administration :

Installation and configuration of control panels installed on the server (such as DirectAdmin, Plesk, cPanel, etc.)
- Installation and configuration of the specific application (eg, Tomcat, JBoss, etc.)
- Installation and configuration of software with a commercial license (for example MS SQL)
- Consultation on software configuration on the client side to work with your server
- Building and installing of alternative operating system kernels

Time wages services
Convenient for those who rarely use the services of our support staff. You formulate the problem, we do it and will invoice according to the time spent.

We offer you to specify a set of software which would be managed by us and the amount of time it'll require monthly. For example:
- 20 hours of system administration monthly
- Not more than 10 hours a week
- Set of software: HTTPd + PHP + MySQL + FTP + Firewall
Full server management
In contrast to the partial management the hours per week are not limited.
