We are writing to inform you of an unavoidable but necessary price adjustment that we must implement.
Recently, there has been a sharp rise in prices across various sectors of the IT industry. Therefore, unfortunately, we are also forced to increase the prices of our products.
The costs of operating our infrastructure and purchasing new equipment have risen significantly. Consequently, this price adjustment will apply to both products you have already purchased and new orders.
Among the main reasons for the rise in costs are, in particular, the sharp increase in demand for computing power related to artificial intelligence, as well as for cloud services. In addition, raw material prices and production costs have risen across the board for manufacturers. In particular, costs for random access memory (RAM) and solid-state drives (SSDs) have increased significantly. For example, the cost of DRAM has risen by 500% since September 2025. According to market analysts such as TrendForce, this pricing trend will continue throughout the year.
We have sincerely tried to optimize our costs and avoid raising prices for as long as possible. However, we can no longer offset the burden this places on our operations. We want to continue delivering high-quality products that meet both our standards and your expectations, which is why we are compelled to take this step.
The price changes will take effect on March 15, 2026, for both new orders and existing products. Orders placed before March 15, 2026, but delivered after March 15, 2026, will be subject to the adjusted prices.
