Bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer for an individual resident of Ukraine:
- First of all, the Customer needs to register on our website Hosting.UA by clicking on the "Buy!" or "Order" tab at the end of the description of the tariff plan you need. During registration, select "Bank transfer" from the proposed payment options and the planned billing period.
- After completing the registration, you will receive an automatic email confirming your registration.
- You need to pay the amount specified in this letter to our bank details. In the purpose of payment, please indicate: payment for hosting services, tariff plan and your login, which you specified during registration.
- If the Customer needs the originals of the contract and the Act of services rendered - after registration, please send us an e-mail - sales@hosting.ua, a copy of your passport and identification code, as well as your data: address, phone number, e-mail.
- After the funds have been credited to our current account and we have received all the data and copies of the documents, you will be provided with the original contract and the Act of Services rendered. These documents shall be signed bilaterally in the document management system TIMELY.
- In accordance with clause 2.2.9 of the public offer agreement signed by you during registration, the Customer is obliged to sign the received documents within 5 business days and provide us with the second copies.
- If the Customer has any claims to the services provided, he/she shall send his/her claims in writing to the Contractor's postal address or e-mail address: sales@hosting.ua within 12 (twelve) hours from the date of receipt of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered.
Payment by bank transfer for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities - residents of Ukraine:
- First of all, the Customer needs to register on our website Hosting.UA by clicking on the "Buy!" or "Order" tab at the end of the description of the tariff plan you need. During registration, select "Bank transfer" from the proposed payment options and the planned billing period.
- After completing the registration, you will receive an automatic email confirming your registration.
- You need to pay the amount specified in this letter to our bank details. In the purpose of payment, please indicate: payment for hosting services, tariff plan and your login, which you specified during registration.
- If the Customer needs the originals of the Agreement and the Act of Services rendered, after registration, please send us a copy of your passport and identification code, as well as your data: address, phone number, e-mail to the e-mail address - sales@hosting.ua.
