Bank Transfer

Payment by bank transfer for an Individual (Resident of Ukraine):

1. First, the Customer needs to register on our website Hosting.UA by clicking the "Buy!" or "Order" button at the end of the description of the chosen tariff plan. During registration, select "Bank transfer" from the available payment options and choose your billing period.
2. After completing the registration, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
3. You need to pay the amount specified in this email to our bank account. In the payment purpose, please indicate: the invoice number, date, and the name of the service.
4. If the Customer needs the original Contract and Act of Rendered Services, please email us at sales@hosting.ua after registration with a copy of your passport and tax identification code, as well as your contact details: address, phone number, and email.
5. After the funds are credited to our account and we receive all the necessary data and document copies, you will be provided with the original Contract and Act of Rendered Services. These documents are signed bilaterally in the VCHASNO electronic document management system.
6. In accordance with clause 2.2.9 of the public offer agreement, the Customer is obliged to sign the received documents within 5 business days and provide us with the signed counterpart.
7. If the Customer has any claims regarding the provided services, they must send them in writing to the Contractor's postal address or email at sales@hosting.ua within 12 (twelve) hours from the moment of receiving the Act of Rendered Services.

Payment by bank transfer for Individual Entrepreneurs and Legal Entities (Residents of Ukraine):

1. First, the Customer needs to register on our website Hosting.UA by clicking the "Buy!" or "Order" button at the end of the description of the chosen tariff plan. During registration, select "Bank transfer" from the available payment options and choose your billing period.
2. After completing the registration, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
3. You need to pay the amount specified in this email to our bank account. In the payment purpose, please indicate: the invoice number, date, and the name of the service.
4. If the Customer needs the original Contract and Act of Rendered Services, please email us at sales@hosting.ua after registration with your company details/copies of registration documents (or passport and tax ID for entrepreneurs), address, phone number, and email.
5. After the funds are credited to our account and we receive all the necessary data, you will be provided with the original Contract and Act of Rendered Services. These documents are signed bilaterally in the VCHASNO electronic document management system.
6. In accordance with clause 2.2.9 of the public offer agreement, the Customer is obliged to sign the received documents within 5 business days and provide us with the signed counterpart.

Payment by bank transfer for Non-Residents of Ukraine:

1. First, the Customer needs to register on our website Hosting.UA by clicking the "Buy!" or "Order" button at the end of the description of the chosen tariff plan. During registration, select "Bank transfer" from the available payment options and choose your billing period.
2. After completing the registration, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your invoice.
3. You need to pay the amount specified in this invoice to our EUR bank account via SWIFT. In the payment purpose, please indicate: the invoice number, date, and the name of the service.
4. If the Customer requires a formal Contract or a commercial Invoice, please email your details to sales@hosting.ua. We will prepare the necessary documents and send signed electronic copies to your email.
