• 2.1.3.1. comply with the legislation of Ukraine, including providing information at the request of individuals and legal entities, institutions, organizations of any form of ownership, or government agencies that have the right to receive such information according to the legislation of Ukraine;

• 2.1.3.4. protect against imminent threat to the rights, property, or safety of Hosting Ukraine, its users, or the public, within the framework of Ukrainian legislation.

These measures include, in particular, internal reviews of data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access.
